Webics is expanding, and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our digital marketing team as well as work with our admin team when required. You will be joining a progressive company where there are plenty of opportunities to upskill, grow and develop with us.

An ideal candidate would be someone currently studying a marketing based degree part-time, and looking to to progress to a full-time position upon graduation.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and implement changes to on-page and off-page SEO elements to improve rankings for target keywords.
  • Perform keyword research and ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
  • Optimise landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Optimise Google Ads campaigns
  • Continually research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on websites.
  • Recommend changes to website content, linking, and other factors to improve ranking positions for target keywords.
  • Audit websites and develop reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies for a range of industries.
  • Customer service (answering the phone and responding to emails).

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Would suit a marketing student who wants to learn more about the industry.
  • A strong desire and curiosity to learn new tools and techniques and gain further knowledge about SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presentation.
  • An ability to accept direction.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and able to work unsupervised.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Display an eagerness to take on new responsibilities as they arise.
  • Flexible and adaptable.

 

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications.
